Our 14 Day Trial applies to Backpacks. It starts from your delivery date. Try out the bag (keep the packaging), and put it through its paces. If it's working out for you, great!
If it's not a good fit for you? No problem – get in touch to support@cedurithflux.com with your order number, and we’ll take it from there.
A few things to note:
• Returned items must come with original packaging.
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
How do I make a return or exchange？
You can return your backpack at any time within 14 days of receipt.
Email us at customerservice@cedurithflux.com with your order number to start the process. From there, we’ll send instructions on where to send the bag.

When can You expect a refund for returned items?
Once we’ve received a return with no issues, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. This process can take up to 30 days.
